The REGESA digital card is an optional visual aid designed to assist handlers by providing a discreet method of identification. It does not confer legal rights or substitute the protections afforded under the Equality Act 2010. The card is not a legal requirement and is provided solely as a supplementary tool for those who choose to use it.

REGESA reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at its sole discretion, without notice.

4. Use of the Digital Card

By applying for and using the REGESA digital card, you agree to the following:

• Self-Certification: The card is based on self-certification, and users are fully responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the information provided.
• Digital Format Only: The card is issued exclusively in digital format and is compatible with platforms such as Apple Wallet. No physical cards will be provided.
• Restricted Use: The card is intended for lawful purposes only. Misrepresentation or misuse of the card is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use the REGESA website responsibly and refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent conduct.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Copying, reproducing, or using REGESA content or materials without explicit permission.
• Disruption: Interfering with the functionality of the website or its services.

Any attempts to breach the website’s security or misuse REGESA’s intellectual property will result in immediate reporting to relevant authorities.
